ED 262 Language Arts for the Diverse Classroom

Examines the importance of the language arts to prepare teacher candidates to help students gain understanding in the artful expression of ideas from a variety of perspectives for living and learning. The course examines reading in relation to literature discussion, critical thinking and writing, self-expression and listening. The course considers presentation through visual representation.
