SM 341 Financing Sport

This course will introduce the student to different financial concepts and strategies used in the operation of sport organizations. Students will examine traditional methods of sport financing and revenue generation such as private financing, public subsidization, partnerships and other innovative sources of revenue. Other financial concepts discussed in this course include fundraising, budgeting, and economic impact analysis.
