WC 200 Popular Music and American Life: Taylor Swift

Students will learn about music history, different musical genres and their elements, and the music business through Taylor Swift's different "eras". Students will analyze Swift's music and see how it fits in the context of American history and society. Students will have the opportunity to listen to and reflect upon music, as well as create their own music.
