GL 863 Global Talent Management

This course will provide a theoretical perspective and foundation for global talent management in supporting organizational strategy and mission. Students will analyze the role of global talent management in implementing organizational strategy. This course will also cover the evaluation of global talent management as an essential component of human resource activities on a global level.
