GL 882 Managing Organizational Performance & Accountability

This course will introduce students to the comparative merits of various financial and nonfinancial metrics of organizational performance on which leaders might rely for feedback. It will also introduce several decision-making approaches and models that could be employed to develop a strategy or take action based on one or more performance metrics.
