SL 552 Consumer Engagement & Digital Media

This course will focus on principles of consumer engagement and the application of appropriate digital media including how to identify your target (both fans and donors) audience, determine the appropriate channel, and strengthen a consumer base using branding, story-telling, social media integration, and other public image strategies. Students will learn to analyze and apply the concepts and practices of athletic communication using their organization as action research.
