SL 555 Vision and Strategic Planning

This course will focus on the strategic frameworks that will articulate organizational priorities in the ever-changing nonprofit sector. Students will examine the impact of establishing clear mission priorities and moving from vision to action. Infrastructure assessment, including impact and financial sustainability, will be incorporated.
