MA 232 Introduction to Linear Modeling and Mathematical Computing

This course applies a variety of theoretical models and focuses on computational solutions and modeling using the leading programming languages. The primary focus is on the optimization models that are applied in data science and operations research.  Topics include: programming basics, determinants, eigenvalues and vectors, singular value decomposition, orthogonal matrices, and linear optimization problems.
