PS 553 AI Technology and the Human in the Workplace
In this course, students will explore the intersection of AI, technology, and human psychology in the workplace. Using insights from Kamales Lardi's "The Human Side of Digital Business Transformation," the course addresses psychological and organizational challenges of digital transformation. Students will examine AI's impact on employee behavior, organizational culture, and leadership through theoretical frameworks and case studies.
