NU 352 Medical Surgical Nursing II

Builds on foundational medical-surgical nursing knowledge through classroom, laboratory, and clinical experiences. Students integrate informatics, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practice to manage care for adults with multisystem conditions. Emphasis includes prioritization, health promotion, interdisciplinary collaboration, culturally responsive care, medication management, advocacy, and leadership to promote safe, equitable outcomes. Online lecture content with faculty and student interactions and thirty-six (36) proctored clinical hours.
