NU 455 Nursing Leadership
Examines leadership and management roles in contemporary nursing practice. Students explore systems thinking, organizational leadership, policy, and healthcare finance to improve quality and safety outcomes. Emphasis is placed on communication, interprofessional collaboration, quality improvement, ethics, and social justice. Learners develop reflective and analytical skills to lead evidence-informed change, innovation, and transformation across healthcare systems.
