NU 210 Nursing Foundations

This course introduces foundational concepts of professional nursing practice, including nursing theory, research, clinical judgment, quality and safety, communication, healthcare systems, and informatics. Emphasis is placed on professionalism, ethical practice, documentation, and the roles and responsibilities of the professional nurse. Thirty (30) didactic hours, and forty-five (45) practice hours.
