NU 260 Growth and Development
Explores human growth and development from prenatal life through older adulthood. Emphasis includes physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and emotional development; major developmental theories; cultural and social influences; developmental milestones; health promotion and anticipatory guidance; and age-related considerations; developmental milestones; health promotion and anticipatory guidance; and age-related considerations, including aging, loss, and end-of-life adaptation.

Forty-five (45) didactic course hours. This course is available to any major.
