NU 211 Physical Assessment

Develops foundational knowledge and skills in adult and older adult physical assessment through lecture and laboratory experiences. Students apply nursing science to perform holistic assessments, identify normal findings, document data for clinical decision-making, and practice health teaching, interprofessional communication, ethical conduct, privacy, confidentiality, and reflective practice. Thirty (30) didactic course hours, and forty-five (45) practice hours.
