NU 513 Pathophysiology for Advanced Practice Nursing
This course examines the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying human disease across the lifespan. Emphasis is placed on cellular and systemic alterations associated with acute and chronic illness and the interpretation of clinical manifestations, diagnostic findings, and laboratory data. Students integrate pathophysiological knowledge with patient assessment findings to support clinical reasoning and evidence-informed decision making in advanced nursing practice.
