NU 544 Nurse Practitioner Review
This course prepares students for Family Nurse Practitioner board certification through comprehensive review and application of entry-to-practice clinical knowledge. Students integrate knowledge of health promotion, assessment, diagnosis, and management of common acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan in primary care. Emphasis is placed on clinical reasoning, test-taking strategies, and identification of individual knowledge gaps to support readiness for certification and transition to advanced practice.
