NU 566 Evidence-Based Best Practice Project
This course provides students the opportunity to apply knowledge and skills gained throughout the graduate nursing program to address a nursing-focused clinical question or practice problem. Under the supervision of a faculty advisor, students conduct and evidence-based practice inquiry that includes literature review, critical appraisal of research, synthesis of evidence, and development of recommendations for practice. The project culminates in a scholarly manuscript, professional presentation, and dissemination toolkit designed to translate evidence into practice and contribute to the advancement of nursing practice, education, or healthcare systems.
